What you will do
- Plan project scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Organize development processes and monitor execution against deadlines.
- Manage technical debt backlogs and oversee incident resolution within SLA.
- Facilitate Scrum/Kanban activities and cross-functional team collaboration.
- Report on project progress and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Drive process improvements to enhance team efficiency and conflict resolution.
Requirements
- Fluent Russian required
- English proficiency for technical documentation
- 3+ years of experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies.
- Proven experience in project documentation and task planning.
- Strong attention to detail and responsibility.
- Previous experience in iGaming is a significant advantage.
