What you will do

• Plan projects and tasks including scope, timelines, and resources.
• Organize and monitor project development processes and execution.
• Manage product launches, risks, backlog, and production incidents within SLA.
• Facilitate Scrum/Kanban activities and cross-team collaboration.
• Report on sprints and projects, manage stakeholder expectations.
• Motivate team members and propose process improvements.

Requirements

• Fluent Russian.
• English proficiency sufficient for reading and writing technical documentation.
• Over 3 years experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall.
• Relevant project management experience; iGaming experience is a strong advantage.
• Ability to create project documentation and attention to detail.
