Senior Project Manager (AdTech) (Project Management/Agile): Coordinating complex, multi-team technology projects from planning through delivery with an accent on Scrum processes, risk management, and stakeholder communication. Focus on managing scope, schedules, budgets, technical requirements, and continuous improvement across engineering, product, and customer-facing teams.

What you will do
- Develop project plans covering scope, resources, budgets, schedules, and delivery standards.
- Coordinate technical projects across engineering, product, threat intelligence, detection, and customer success teams.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and Agile events while coaching teams and improving delivery processes.
- Monitor execution, risks, quality, budgets, and timelines, and communicate project status to stakeholders and customers.
- Create project documentation, reports, tools, templates, and rules of engagement.
- Support hiring planning, onboarding, professional growth, PMO activities, training initiatives, and lessons-learned programs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial project management experience in technology-focused projects.
- Strong organizational skills, ownership, accountability, and experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Solid knowledge of SDLC methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
- Experience establishing Scrum processes, coaching teams, managing technical requirements, and conducting project risk analysis.
- Expert-level Jira and Confluence configuration experience, plus practical experience with BI tools.
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher required.
Nice to have
- Experience in the AdTech domain.
- Scrum Master or Product Owner certification.
- Basic SQL knowledge.
