Project Manager (AdTech)

What you will do

• Develop detailed project plans including resource allocation and budget in collaboration with engineering leadership.
• Coordinate and track delivery of technical projects across multiple teams (engineering, product, customer success).
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and Agile events to maintain team productivity.
• Ensure projects meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards; conduct risk analysis and communicate to stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and best practices; drive efficiency and change with partners.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, team growth, PMO activities, and share lessons learned.

Requirements

• 4+ years of commercial experience in technology-focused Project Management
• Strong organizational skills for complex cross-functional projects; sense of ownership.
• Solid experience with SDLC (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall); track record in Scrum setup and team coaching.
• Strong knowledge of project tools/processes (planning, estimation, monitoring, risk management).
• Hands-on with technical requirements management; expert Jira/Confluence configuration.
• Practical experience with BI tools; Upper-Intermediate English or higher

Nice to have

• Experience in AdTech domain
• Scrum Master and/or Product Owner certification
• Basic SQL knowledge
