Project Manager Lead (Gaming)

Location: Almaty or Tbilisi; hybrid or office-based work

What you will do

• Build, optimize, and oversee squad processes in line with the overall production pipeline.
• Collaborate with leads and project managers on release, feature, improvement, and roadmap planning.
• Improve delivery predictability and proactively remove blockers.
• Establish effective squad communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Manage task tracking, documentation, project metrics, risks, and process improvements.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, Gantt chart planning, and task decomposition.
• Experience implementing and scaling processes, developing teams, managing motivation, and resolving conflicts.
• Ability to justify decisions, manage expectations, and facilitate meetings.
• Understanding of SDLC, QA fundamentals, analytics, and systematic risk management.
• Confident use of Jira, FlowFast or similar trackers, Confluence, Miro, and AI management tools.
• Russian proficiency at C1 level and willingness to work from the Almaty or Tbilisi office.
