Project Manager (Delivery & AI Adoption)

What you will do

• Plan, execute, monitor, and close moderate- to high-complexity software projects.
• Manage requirements, scope, schedules, budgets, risks, quality, and project documentation.
• Coordinate resource planning, team allocation, performance tracking, motivation, and conflict resolution.
• Drive delivery quality through demos, reviews, engineering practices, and continuous improvement.
• Build long-term customer relationships and support pre-sales activities.
• Drive AI adoption across the SDLC and act as an AI Champion.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT services.
• Experience managing fixed-price projects, including budget tracking.
• Proficiency in Jira, MS Project, and Trello.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid methodologies and the SDLC.
• Experience managing diverse teams in remote or hybrid setups, with strong communication, stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.
• Upper-intermediate English required.

Nice to have

• Business Analyst or Product Owner experience.
• Experience managing software teams of more than eight FTEs.
• Mentoring, people management, recruitment, or pre-sales experience.
• Experience leading proof-of-concepts with emerging AI tools and promoting responsible AI practices.
