What you will do

  • Prioritize, escalate, and resolve technical product issues for strategic customers.
  • Drive the adoption and integration of Black Duck solutions into customer CI/CD pipelines and development workflows.
  • Provide industry-specific compliance and regulatory guidance.
  • Act as a strategic advisor, aligning AppSec strategies with customer business priorities.
  • Conduct role-specific training for developers, testers, product teams, and security administrators.
  • Advocate for customers internally, orchestrating resources and prioritizing needs to drive outcomes.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Italy.
  • At least 7 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role.
  • Strong knowledge of application security, vulnerabilities, and open-source licensing.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools.
  • Software development experience in languages such as C/C++, Java, or C#.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related STEM field.

Nice to have

  • Track record as a TAM, solution architect, or sales engineer in AppSec or DevSecOps.
  • Security certifications such as CEH, CISSP, or CSSLP.
  • Experience with enterprise-scale web development and microservices.
  • MBA or Master’s degree in a technical or management field.
