Senior Solutions Engineer (Cybersecurity)

Location: Hybrid from the Milan office, Italy; travel is required.

Annual on-target earnings: €112,000–€168,000, including base salary and eligibility for hirify.global’s commission plan with an 80:20 split.

What you will do

• Support the Italian presales team and sales organization with technical expertise on hirify.global solutions.
• Design complex systems engineering configurations and collaborate with Solution Architects on customer and change requests.
• Understand customer business and technical challenges and deliver consultative, solution-based recommendations.
• Develop and deliver customized presentations, technical value propositions, customer documentation, and proofs of concept.
• Support channel partners through training, technical guidance, qualification, and competitive differentiation.
• Partner with Engineering, Product Development, Technical Support, customers, and partners to resolve issues throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Significant experience in presales or systems engineering.
• Several years of experience with public clouds, application security and delivery, network infrastructure, DevOps, SaaS, IaaS, or PaaS environments.
• Required knowledge of Linux operating systems, scripting, and system administration.
• Strong presentation, communication, account management, and consultative selling skills.
• Experience with hirify.global core products or relevant competitor offerings, plus strong knowledge of application delivery and security solutions.
• Fluent written and spoken English and native-level Italian are required.

Nice to have

• Programming or DevOps experience.
• Knowledge of AI applications, AI environments, and infrastructure.
• Experience developing AI applications.
