Technical Account Manager

What you will do

• Act as the technical and program success partner for major client accounts, supporting retention and account growth.
• Work with Client Success Managers and clients to build success plans and participate in business reviews.
• Tailor device configurations and video analytics calibration settings to client objectives.
• Configure software settings and analytics across multiple IP camera models.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex hardware, software, configuration, network, and camera analytics issues.
• Collaborate with Product, Support, and Leadership to resolve systemic issues and improve customer self-sufficiency.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing Technical Account Manager role.
• Technical troubleshooting experience across software, IP cameras, electrical systems, or networks.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and lead complex client escalations.
• Experience identifying root causes, improving processes, and developing scalable solutions.
• Ability to guide junior team members, create client enablement resources, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Authorization to work in the United States is required.
