Location: Hybrid work model across global hubs (Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays are set as in-office anchor days).

What you will do
- Drive customer success and health through effective onboarding, adoption, value realization, and retention.
- Act as a trusted strategic advisor to assigned customers, promoting best practices and innovation.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to define and achieve business and technical objectives.
- Partner with sales teams to identify and drive expansion opportunities resulting from customer success.
- Advocate for customers internally to help prioritize product improvements and enhance user experience.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Management Consulting.
- Strong technical understanding of DevOps, application monitoring, software release tools, and cloud-native infrastructure.
- Experience working with complex, multi-divisional, and multi-geographical customers.
- Impressive executive presence and professional communication abilities.
Nice to have
- Past experience as a developer or DevOps engineer.
- Extensive knowledge of logs, metrics, and traces.
