TL;DR

Technical Customer Success Manager (SaaS): Driving deeper adoption of the hirify.global Platform and ensuring customers achieve maximum value with an accent on technical onboarding and value realization. Focus on collaborating with cross-functional teams, identifying expansion opportunities, and advocating for customer needs to improve product adoption.

Location: Hybrid work model across global hubs (Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays are set as in-office anchor days).

What you will do

  • Drive customer success and health through effective onboarding, adoption, value realization, and retention.
  • Act as a trusted strategic advisor to assigned customers, promoting best practices and innovation.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to define and achieve business and technical objectives.
  • Partner with sales teams to identify and drive expansion opportunities resulting from customer success.
  • Advocate for customers internally to help prioritize product improvements and enhance user experience.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Management Consulting.
  • Strong technical understanding of DevOps, application monitoring, software release tools, and cloud-native infrastructure.
  • Experience working with complex, multi-divisional, and multi-geographical customers.
  • Impressive executive presence and professional communication abilities.

Nice to have

  • Past experience as a developer or DevOps engineer.
  • Extensive knowledge of logs, metrics, and traces.
