What you will do
- Act as the senior technical authority and primary liaison for strategic, high-risk, or enterprise customer accounts.
- Orchestrate resolution of systemic technical issues and manage escalations across internal Support, Engineering, and Product teams.
- Lead recurring technical reviews to identify degradation trends, systemic risks, and stability improvement opportunities.
- Align customer technical roadmaps with platform evolution and prepare customers for upgrades and patches.
- Mentor Level 3–4 TAMs and establish best practices for engagement and escalation management.
- Drive structured feedback into Product Management to influence roadmap discussions based on customer impact.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- Significant experience in customer-facing technical roles such as TAM, SE, or Systems Engineering.
- Deep understanding of enterprise software, infrastructure, and IT operations.
- Proven experience managing large-scale, complex multi-site or enterprise-scale customer environments.
- Must be based in Las Vegas, NV, US.
- Strong executive communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
