What you will do

  • Support patients through various health conditions via email and phone.
  • Manage rotating shifts to support different international markets.
  • Collaborate remotely with doctors, pharmacies, and delivery partners.
  • Identify and suggest improvements for products, processes, and services.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer care, hospitality, or call centers.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills for handling UK phone lines.
  • Interest or experience in the healthcare and wellness sector.
  • Proficiency with computer skills, preferably Mac and Google Suite.
  • Availability to work late mid-shift schedules (2 PM - 1 AM or 6 PM - 3 AM Manila time) with no fixed weekends off.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in a healthcare company.
  • Background in quality assurance or process assurance.
