What you will do
- Manage 300+ weekly inbound contacts across calls, callback queues, chats, and emails.
- Guide users through app navigation, payments, and scheduling for both customers and providers.
- Resolve complex service issues using de-escalation and rapport-building techniques.
- Maintain high-quality service standards and ensure strict policy compliance.
- Meet performance expectations within a rotating operational schedule.
Requirements
- Must be based in the Philippines.
- Minimum 1 year of BPO support experience specifically for U.S. customers.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- High school graduate (some college preferred).
- Technical setup: Core i5, 8GB RAM, dual monitors, and a noise-canceling headset.
- Stable Ethernet connection (50mbps download / 25mbps upload) and a backup power source (UPS/generator).
Nice to have
- Experience with Zendesk or other CRM/VoIP software.
- Proficiency with Google Suite.
