What you will do
- Act as a global liaison providing product information and resolving purchase and post-purchase issues.
- Guide customers through the online store purchase process to meet their specific needs.
- Manage billing, credit card transactions, cancellations, returns, and refunds.
- Create knowledge-based content for the Online Support system.
- Respond to customer queries accurately and timely via web submissions, chat, and phone.
- Collaborate with the Licensing, Registration and Entitlements (LRE) team to maintain support standards.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of proven experience as a Customer Support agent.
- Fluency in English (both written and oral) is mandatory.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules.
- Above average proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in eCommerce online support.
- Experience using helpdesk software and remote support tools.
