What you will do
- Conduct outbound calls to healthcare providers to explain participation requirements.
- Handle inbound calls to provide assistance with registration and login processes.
- Guide healthcare providers through the completion of assessments.
- Answer inquiries and provide clarity regarding scoring results.
Requirements
- Active PRC License.
- 2 years of Bedside or Clinical experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Preferably 6 months of experience in a BPO Healthcare account.
