What you will do
- Provide exceptional support via inbound and outbound phone calls, chat, and email.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively to ensure high satisfaction.
- Document all interactions and issues accurately within the company CRM.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product information, policies, and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer service experience.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in customer support, preferably in a call center environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and customer support software.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Consistent availability for the 9:00am - 5:00pm AEST schedule.
