TL;DR

Location: Must be available to work 9:00am - 5:00pm AEST; markers suggest Philippines-based candidates (Philippine holidays and HMO benefits).

What you will do

  • Provide exceptional support via inbound and outbound phone calls, chat, and email.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively to ensure high satisfaction.
  • Document all interactions and issues accurately within the company CRM.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product information, policies, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer service experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in customer support, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and customer support software.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Consistent availability for the 9:00am - 5:00pm AEST schedule.
