What you will do
- Handle incoming and outbound calls regarding patient queries and account concerns.
- Collect outstanding patient balances according to departmental standards.
- Assist third-party entities, such as insurance providers, with account-related inquiries.
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA guidelines while safeguarding protected health information.
- Collaborate with administrative staff and medical personnel to meet patient needs.
Requirements
- Must be based in the Philippines.
- Preferably a college graduate or at least 2 years of college education.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision and handle confidential information.
- Proficiency in email and basic mathematical calculations.
- Flexibility with work schedule.
Nice to have
- Degrees or courses related to the medical field.
- At least 1 year of call center experience specifically with medical accounts.
