What you will do

  • Handle incoming and outbound calls regarding patient queries and account concerns.
  • Collect outstanding patient balances according to departmental standards.
  • Assist third-party entities, such as insurance providers, with account-related inquiries.
  • Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA guidelines while safeguarding protected health information.
  • Collaborate with administrative staff and medical personnel to meet patient needs.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the Philippines.
  • Preferably a college graduate or at least 2 years of college education.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision and handle confidential information.
  • Proficiency in email and basic mathematical calculations.
  • Flexibility with work schedule.

Nice to have

  • Degrees or courses related to the medical field.
  • At least 1 year of call center experience specifically with medical accounts.
