What you will do

• Manage CFTC compliance programs covering swap activities and CPO/CTA operations.
• Provide advisory coverage for sales and trading activities across US and global offices.
• Evaluate new products and business initiatives to identify and address compliance risks.
• Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and administer compliance training.
• Manage relationships with regulators, specifically the NFA, regarding examinations and inquiries.
• Champion the adoption of generative AI and automation platforms to improve team productivity.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of legal or compliance experience, preferably with a US sell-side firm.
• Strong regulatory experience and product knowledge within OTC derivatives and swap dealer businesses.
• Demonstrated experience implementing a swap dealer compliance program at a registered firm.
• JD or MBA degree.
• Must be based in New York, NY.
