Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 USD

What you will do

  • Develop regulatory and legislative engagement plans and advise senior leadership on key policy issues.
  • Monitor and analyze U.S. Federal and State policy developments to assess their impact on the company.
  • Build and maintain relationships with policymakers, regulators, industry associations, and key stakeholders.
  • Represent the company in policy discussions, trade associations, and policy roundtables.
  • Prepare policy briefings, comment letters, testimony, and advocacy materials.
  • Leverage AI tools and generative AI to improve productivity and output quality.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional experience working in financial services policy.
  • Must be based in Washington, DC.
  • Strong understanding of federal and state legislative and regulatory processes related to digital assets.
  • Existing knowledge of the digital assets ecosystem and associated policy issues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for explaining complex topics to non-technical audiences.
  • Advanced degree in public policy, law, business, or a related field is preferred.

Nice to have

  • Experience working in digital assets within Congress or with regulators such as the SEC, CFTC, Fed, OCC, or FDIC.
