Head of Talent (Fintech)

TL;DR

Head of Talent (Recruiting/Fintech): Owning the end-to-end recruiting process across engineering, GTM, and operations with an accent on scaling the team and building recruiting infrastructure. Focus on high-stakes persuasion, creative sourcing, and designing systemic ATS workflows to identify top-tier talent.

Location: Must be located in or be able to relocate to San Francisco (In-person, five days a week)

hirify.global is rebuilding the foundation of the insurance industry, scaling rapidly with significant funding from Tier 1 investors.

What you will do

• Own recruiting end-to-end across the entire company, including engineering, GTM, claims, and operations.
• Personally source candidates for the most critical and high-impact roles.
• Build and manage the recruiting function, hire recruiters/sourcers, and manage agency relationships.
• Operate and continuously improve the recruiting stack using Ashby and automation tools.
• Develop and own the employer brand and market presence in key recruiting territories.

Requirements

• Must be based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco for full-time on-site work.
• Proven ability to close top-tier candidates against strong competition through high-stakes persuasion.
• High bar for talent with the ability to identify elite candidates quickly.
• Experience in targeted outreach, creative sourcing, and leveraging deep professional networks.
• Systems-thinking approach to building ATS workflows and sourcing pipelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
