What you will do

• Develop and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies for technical and non-technical roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and map talent markets.
• Identify and engage passive candidates via LinkedIn, communities, and unconventional channels.
• Implement and manage sourcing infrastructure using tools like Juicebox and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Track pipeline metrics such as outreach and conversion rates to optimize sourcing processes.

Requirements

• Sourcing experience in fast-paced environments or B2B SaaS companies.
• Ability to build pipelines for diverse roles including engineers, PMs, and sales.
• Technical aptitude to engage credibly with engineering candidates.
• Proven success in engaging hard-to-reach passive talent.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in San Francisco.

Nice to have

• Experience as an early sourcer at a high-growth startup.
• Proficiency with tools like Juicebox, LinkedIn Recruiter, or Wrangle.
