What you will do

• Own recruitment funnels end-to-end and refine the talent operating rhythm.
• Build strategic relationships with top talent in the tech ecosystem using creative outreach methods.
• Partner with marketing to strengthen the talent brand through events and targeted messaging.
• Develop and advise on rigorous hiring processes across various business functions.
• Leverage AI tools as a force-multiplier to increase recruiting leverage and efficiency.
• Monitor and optimize hiring metrics to maintain an exceptional standard of talent.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably with a technical emphasis.
• Experience operating in high-accountability environments such as startups or fintech.
• Must be based in New York City for a 5-day-a-week on-site presence.
• Strong knowledge of the talent market and the ability to identify and attract "A+ talent".
• Passion for experimentation and a track record of using AI tools to multiply productivity.
• Excellent persuasive communication and storytelling skills.
