Location: Must be based in the Bay Area or willing to relocate to Palo Alto, CA (4-5 days/week in office)

Salary: $160,000–$200,000 total compensation + meaningful equity

What you will do

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for GTM, Engineering, Product, and Operations roles.
• Partner with founders and hiring managers to define role requirements and build quality scorecards.
• Build recruiting infrastructure from scratch, including ATS, interview processes, and employer branding.
• Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, networks, and creative channels.
• Track and report on pipeline health, time-to-fill, and conversion rates to optimize the process.
• Serve as the primary brand ambassador for hirify.global to all potential candidates.

Requirements

• 3-6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with 1-2 years at a high-growth startup.
• Proven track record of personally closing both GTM and technical roles.
• Must be based in, or willing to relocate to, Palo Alto, CA.
• Experience as an AI-native recruiter, leveraging the latest technologies for sourcing.
• Strong ability to build processes and playbooks from the ground up.
• Highly organized and capable of managing 8-12 open roles simultaneously.

• Experience recruiting for Applied-AI or FinTech companies in the Bay Area or Toronto.
• Background in hiring for Accounting, Bookkeeping, or Financial Services roles.
• Experience working at a company during the 20 to 100 employees growth phase.
• Strong professional network in the Bay Area and/or Toronto startup ecosystem.
• Experience partnering with or managing external recruiting agencies.
