Salary: $140,000 - $150,000

What you will do

• Define and maintain the product roadmap for workforce technology platforms including M365, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Develop governance models, standards, and best practices for workforce collaboration tools.
• Lead change management and user adoption initiatives to maximize technology utilization.
• Manage strategic vendor relationships and software asset management, including licensing optimization.
• Partner with security teams to ensure compliance, identity management, and lifecycle governance.
• Oversee a portfolio of workforce applications, ensuring clear operational ownership and support alignment.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in workplace technology, collaboration platforms, or end-user technology functions.
• 3-5+ years of people management experience.
• Strong expertise with Microsoft 365 technologies (Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID).
• Proven experience in organizational change management and workforce enablement.
• Experience managing SaaS platforms, vendor relationships, and software licensing models (EA, CSP).
• Must be able to work on-site in Woodbury, MN, Boca Raton, FL, or Seattle, WA four days per week.
