What you will do

• Own the architecture, configuration, and ongoing evolution of the Microsoft 365 environment.
• Design and manage identity and access systems, including SSO, conditional access, RBAC, and PIM.
• Implement security and compliance controls using Microsoft Defender and Purview.
• Lead endpoint and device management via Intune, including provisioning and lifecycle management.
• Develop automation and integrations using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, and Power Platform.
• Optimize Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive environments with governance and lifecycle standards.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience administering and engineering Microsoft 365 environments.
• Strong expertise in Azure AD / Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and Intune.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM/PIM).
• Security-first mindset with understanding of Zero Trust and least privilege principles.
• Must be located in Houston, Texas.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft E5 security and compliance stack.
• Familiarity with Zero Trust architecture.
• Experience integrating M365 with UKG, SIEM platforms, or endpoint security tools.
• Exposure to operational technology (OT) or critical infrastructure environments.
