What you will do

• Provide IT operations support including service desk, endpoint management, patching, monitoring, and incident response for CPA firm applications.
• Execute M&A IT integrations by assessing infrastructure, designing roadmaps, and aligning with corporate standards.
• Configure and optimize Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure AD, Intune, and related services for scalability and security.
• Manage Azure infrastructure, governance, security platforms like Microsoft Defender XDR, and hybrid-cloud setups.
• Ensure system reliability, regulatory compliance, and collaboration across partner firms through automation and proactive monitoring.
• Contribute to technology standards, cloud strategy, and infrastructure roadmaps aligned with business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 5–8+ years in global enterprise IT with focus on Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Azure.
• Demonstrated experience building scalable cloud systems and supporting CPA/professional services operations.
• Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.

• Experience with M&A technology integrations in high-growth companies.
• Microsoft certifications (AZ-104, MS-102, SC-300/400, AZ-305).
• ITIL certification and ITSM processes.
