Account Executive (Fintech)

TL;DR

Account Executive (Fintech): Driving new client acquisition and managing the full sales cycle for a financial data platform with an accent on consultative selling and pipeline management. Focus on demonstrating product value to private equity and venture capital professionals to achieve aggressive growth targets.

Location: Must be based in New York, NY (Onsite 5 days a week)

Compensation: $285,000 (Base $110,000 + $175,000 OTE)

What you will do

• Consistently meet and exceed individual sales goals
• Manage a robust pipeline of high-quality opportunities within the Core segment
• Perform expert product demonstrations tailored to client business needs
• Act as a consultant to understand prospect priorities and guide them through the discovery process
• Collaborate with Business Development Associates and account management teams to ensure client success
• Independently prospect new business and manage referral networks

Requirements

• 3+ years of successful sales and business development experience
• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM software
• Strong negotiation skills and a proven ability to close leads
• Interest in financial markets, specifically private equity and venture capital
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to work onsite in New York 5 days a week
