Salary: $70,000 base + $36,000 OTE

What you will do

• Respond promptly to inbound interest and qualify potential partners for the sales funnel
• Evaluate leads based on financial health, location, and concept type to determine readiness
• Conduct discovery conversations to align partner needs with hirify.global offerings
• Manage and track a pipeline of opportunities using Salesforce and Outreach
• Identify process inefficiencies and propose enhancements to improve lead conversion
• Provide feedback on lead quality to optimize marketing and demand generation

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Sales Development, or similar roles
• Experience in Hospitality, FinTech, or SaaS domains
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, or comparable CRM/automation software
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for relationship building
• Must be based in or able to work in-person in Austin, Texas
