What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing for MCP Essentials and Enterprise opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of net-new business opportunities across banks, credit unions, and IMBs.
  • Lead discovery sessions and tailored product demonstrations to align technical capabilities with customer pain points.
  • Collaborate with solutions engineering and customer success teams to design tailored solution approaches.
  • Represent the company at major industry conferences and trade shows, including MBA events.
  • Manage pipeline activity, forecasting, and CRM updates to maintain visibility into revenue expectations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, presales, or solutions consulting within mortgage technology or fintech.
  • Strong understanding of the mortgage production lifecycle, including origination, underwriting, and closing.
  • Proven track record of closing large enterprise software deals with financial institutions.
  • Existing network within the mortgage origination ecosystem (lenders, consultants, technology partners).
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.

Nice to have

  • Direct experience with Loan Origination Systems (LOS), POS, PPE, or eClose platforms.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based platforms, APIs, integrations, and AI-driven automation.
  • Active involvement in industry organizations such as MBA, CUNA, or NAFCU.
