What you will do

• Manage monthly performance reviews, EBITDA forecasting, and annual budgeting for a 1GW power plant portfolio.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities to optimize asset performance in collaboration with operations leaders.
• Support lender and tax equity relationships through detailed financial reporting.
• Build and maintain 3-statement financial models from scratch.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders without direct authority.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and experience with income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Proficiency in accounting systems such as SAP, BPC, or Anaplan.
• Fluent in English (required).
• Experience with financial oversight for renewable or thermal power plants.
• Must have valid work authorization for the United States.

• Proficiency in Spanish.
