TL;DR

Senior FP&A Analyst (Finance): Driving strategic financial planning, forecasting, and decision support for business units with an accent on advanced financial modeling and variance analysis. Focus on translating complex data into actionable insights and partnering with cross-functional leaders to optimize operational performance.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Bellevue, WA, USA (Hybrid role).

Salary: $108,000 – $165,000 USD annually.

What you will do

  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial analysis and reporting for assigned business units.
  • Own budgeting, forecasting, and headcount planning processes in partnership with functional leaders.
  • Develop advanced financial models and scenario analyses to evaluate strategic investments.
  • Perform variance analysis on revenue and operating metrics to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Accounting, Sales, and HR to align financial plans with business priorities.
  • Improve reporting efficiency by automating recurring analyses and strengthening data integrity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
  • Proven experience partnering with business leaders and presenting insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in building complex financial models.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States (E-Verify participant).

Nice to have

  • MBA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent advanced credential.
