Salary: $110,000–$135,000/yr

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary finance partner to Technology, Product, and Executive leadership.
  • Lead the creation of monthly reforecasts, annual budgets, and long-range plans.
  • Manage consolidated reporting packages and present financial performance to senior leadership.
  • Oversee headcount and compensation reporting in collaboration with the People team.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of global reporting.
  • Provide analytical support for strategic initiatives, including cost-savings and labor allocation models.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the U.S.A.
  • 5–8 years of experience in FP&A.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience building dynamic financial models.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Proven ability to build effective cross-functional partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the market research industry.
  • Experience with IBM Reporting, Dynamics 365, Tableau, or PowerBI.
