What you will do

• Support budgeting and forecasting of consolidated key financial performance indicators, including revenue and volume activity.
• Prepare annual budget processes and evaluate firmwide performance targets.
• Develop financial and performance metrics dashboards for the Management Committee and Board of Directors.
• Partner with business leads and sales teams to analyze budget vs. actual variances and provide real-time forecasting.
• Coordinate the end-to-end preparation of monthly management and quarterly board reporting packages.
• Implement internal controls and support platform reporting automation and FP&A tool implementation.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting within the financial services industry.
• Must be based in or able to work in Greenwich, Connecticut.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong quantitative modeling and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ERP tools such as Workday Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, Tableau, SAP, or Oracle NetSuite is preferred.
• Advanced degree or credentials such as MBA, CPA, or CFA are desired.
