What you will do

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and analysis activities to support strategic decision-making.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate business performance and growth opportunities.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop budgets, track performance, and identify key business drivers.
• Analyze financial results and prepare actionable insights and recommendations for senior leadership.
• Prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve reporting accuracy, and enhance forecasting tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, management consulting, or corporate finance.
• Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills with strong proficiency in Excel and BI tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities to distill complex data into clear insights.
• Strong business acumen and commercial instincts.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
