What you will do

• Develop and scale global partnerships and strategic alliances to create major revenue channels.
• Manage end-to-end partner relationships, overseeing commercial, legal, and financial aspects.
• Identify, recruit, and close high-value deals to drive revenue and market expansion.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Data teams on joint GTM initiatives like co-marketing and bundles.
• Create scalable onboarding processes, including documentation, training, and assets for partners.
• Define and track KPIs such as partner-driven revenue, conversion rates, and retention.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or affiliate management.
• Proven track record of scaling partner ecosystems specifically within the US market (DTC, SaaS, or cybersecurity).
• Strong negotiation skills with commercial and legal awareness.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions based on defined KPIs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
