Location: Remote in Tel Aviv
Salary: ₪338000–₪563000 base annually (OTE: ₪675000–₪1130000)

What you will do
- Own and close complex enterprise deals to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual bookings goals.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline by engaging target accounts and converting inbound opportunities.
- Run executive-level conversations with CIOs, CTOs, and business leaders to uncover initiatives and align solutions to priorities.
- Coordinate cross-functional account teams (Customer Engineering, Professional Services, Marketing, Product) to deliver tailored solutions and maximize customer value.
- Develop deep expertise in the platform and competitive landscape to position differentiated value.
- Continuously improve sales strategies, tools, and processes to accelerate growth.
Requirements
- 6+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience, consistently exceeding targets in competitive, fast-paced markets.
- Proven ability to lead complex sales cycles and build business champions with executive-level engagement.
- Ability to articulate business value of complex technology solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with modern sales methodologies (MEDDICC, Challenger, SPIN) and disciplined, process-driven pipeline management.
- Experience selling SaaS, infrastructure software, DevOps, or open source technologies.
- Fluent English and strong communication skills for written, verbal, and presentation delivery.
