What you will do

• Supervise the EMEA commercial legal team, handling case monitoring and decision-making support.
• Develop structural resources for the legal team and other internal stakeholders such as GTM and procurement.
• Draft and provide strategic advice on various contracts, focusing on AI-related service agreements.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers, partners, and customers.
• Collaborate with product and compliance teams to stay current on AI legal and regulatory developments.
• Provide legal and compliance training on AI and contract negotiation to business units.

Requirements

• Master's degree in law; bar admission is a plus.
• Minimum 8-10 years of relevant legal experience, ideally in fast-growing tech or AI environments.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and related law including data privacy, IP, and liability.
• Ability to analyze complex legal/technical AI issues and identify risks and solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a business-oriented approach.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Paris or London.
