What you will do

  • Manage corporate transactions including funding, M&A, investments, and strategic operations.
  • Handle corporate secretary duties for the French entity and its 8 worldwide subsidiaries to ensure local compliance.
  • Administer ESOP plans distributed to collaborators worldwide.
  • Develop and execute legal strategies regarding group structuring and the setup of new global entities.
  • Provide corporate legal advice to founders and various company stakeholders.
  • Collaborate proactively with the finance team and external legal counsels.

Requirements

  • French legal education and admission to practice law in France (CAPA) are mandatory.
  • Master 2 in Business law (double major in business school, political science, or LLM is a plus).
  • 4 to 6 years of post-graduation experience in corporate law.
  • Full written and oral proficiency in both English and French.
  • Proactive, autonomous, and solution-driven approach.
