What you will do

• Review, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements with customers and channel partners.
• Support contracting across diverse segments including government, higher education, and regulated industries.
• Manage international and cross-border transactions while navigating local regulatory requirements.
• Provide timely legal advice to Sales, Finance, and Deal Desk teams.
• Contribute to the development of contract templates, playbooks, and internal training resources.
• Identify and implement improvements to contracting workflows and legal tools.

Requirements

• Qualified to practice law in a relevant EMEA jurisdiction (e.g., UK or EU member state).
• 8+ years of in-house experience, primarily at a SaaS or fast-growth tech company.
• Hands-on experience negotiating enterprise SaaS transactions, AI terms, and DPAs.
• Ability to deliver practical, actionable advice to non-legal stakeholders.
• Experience supporting international or cross-border transactions within EMEA.
• Comfortable working in cross-functional and distributed teams.

• Experience with contracting tools like Ironclad or DocuSign.
• Demonstrated interest in applying AI tools to legal operations.
• Additional language skills, particularly German or French.
