What you will do

• Provide legal support to the CNBC International in-house Advertising Sales function.
• Draft, review, and negotiate advertising terms, sponsorship, and custom content agreements.
• Negotiate channel distribution agreements for CNBC Europe and UK with MVPDs and streaming services.
• Advise on UK and EMEA broadcast regulations and risks associated with digital marketing and data collection.
• Prepare agreements for vendors and production companies creating commercial content.
• Implement automated contract processes to improve efficiency.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of legal experience in media distribution and advertising regulation.
• Experience in TMT private practice or a strong in-house legal team.
• Expertise in UK and/or EU sales and commercial law.
• Proven track record in negotiating and drafting complex contracts and T&Cs.
• Qualified lawyer in good standing with knowledge of data privacy and ad tech.
• Unrestricted work authorization to work in the United Kingdom.
