What you will do

• Advise HQ and regional teams on customer-facing transactions, product development, privacy, and AI-related legalities.
• Draft and negotiate contracts and templates, creating efficient processes for business teams to close deals.
• Provide strategic guidance on privacy compliance and implement legal frameworks for company-wide AI usage.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify legal risks and provide pragmatic, business-oriented solutions.
• Serve as a trusted legal partner to support rapid expansion across Europe and globally.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a commercial lawyer or in-house counsel within SaaS or Technology.
• Fully qualified lawyer in Germany or at least one other regional market jurisdiction.
• Strong expertise in commercial and regulatory law, specifically commercial contracting and privacy.
• Familiarity with AI legal considerations, including governance, policies, and use cases.
• English: C1+ (Excellent written and spoken skills) required.
• Ability to operate autonomously and negotiate agreements across different European jurisdictions.

• Experience with public procurement and tender processes in core jurisdictions.
