What you will do

• Drive end-to-end recruiting processes for a variety of technical and non-technical high-tech roles.
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership in the US and Israel to define team dynamics and hiring needs.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse, top-tier talent.
• Act as a brand ambassador to strengthen the employer brand within the Bay Area.
• Ensure a consistent, high-quality candidate experience reflecting company values.
• Use data and AI tools to optimize sourcing, screening, and overall recruiting effectiveness.

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience within hyper-growth tech companies.
• Experience working in at least one startup environment.
• Proven track record of hiring for diverse roles, including technical and member care positions.
• Experience collaborating with international teams in a global environment.
• Proficiency in using AI tools and modern recruiting technologies.
• Strong data mindset and stakeholder management skills.
