What you will do
- Support the finance team through the post-implementation stabilization phase of a new ERP system.
- Act as a primary liaison between finance and systems teams to resolve issues and optimize reporting.
- Take ownership of month-end close activities to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
- Identify and implement process improvements following system changes.
- Perform reconciliations, data integrity checks, and generate financial reporting outputs.
- Upskill the internal finance team on new processes and system usage.
Requirements
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in interim finance roles specifically within manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Strong exposure to finance systems implementations (ERP) and post-go-live support.
- Ability to operate effectively at both strategic and operational levels.
- Hands-on approach to troubleshooting system and process issues.
- Confident cross-functional communication skills.
