What you will do

• Support the finance team through the post-implementation stabilization phase of a new ERP system.
• Act as a primary liaison between finance and systems teams to resolve issues and optimize reporting.
• Take ownership of month-end close activities to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
• Identify and implement process improvements following system changes.
• Perform reconciliations, data integrity checks, and generate financial reporting outputs.
• Upskill the internal finance team on new processes and system usage.

Requirements

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in interim finance roles specifically within manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Strong exposure to finance systems implementations (ERP) and post-go-live support.
• Ability to operate effectively at both strategic and operational levels.
• Hands-on approach to troubleshooting system and process issues.
• Confident cross-functional communication skills.
