What you will do

• Process and post supplier invoices and credit notes accurately using Yooz and Sage Intacct.
• Coordinate with the wider business for invoice approvals and manage the payment tracker.
• Create weekly payment runs based on monthly budget files.
• Perform monthly supplier statement reconciliations and maintain supplier ledgers.
• Handle employee expenses and provide assistance with audit queries.
• Manage supplier queries and create new supplier accounts in Sage Intacct.

Requirements

• Previous experience in an Accounts Payable function.
• Basic knowledge and understanding of P+L accounts for accurate expenditure posting.
• Experience dealing with multi-currencies.
• Proficiency in Excel and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage your own workload.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom.

• Previous experience using Sage Intacct and Yooz.
