What you will do

• Own the mindset, energy, and well-being of the OpenCTI Integration team.
• Define clear objectives and expectations for team members aligned with career paths.
• Maintain full visibility on tasks, anticipate blockers, and ensure delivery accountability.
• Write, review, and merge code daily as a core part of the role.
• Challenge product definitions and roadmap trade-offs to ensure technical excellence.
• Mentor engineers and report directly to the Director of Engineering.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Software Engineer with strong Python skills.
• 3+ years of experience in team management, preferably in a startup or scale-up environment.
• Experience building distributed systems, data pipelines, and integration platforms.
• Strong interest in AI and its applications in cybersecurity.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, async-first environment.
• Must be based in France as per the location requirement.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-powered tools like LLMs and automation copilots.
• Background in cybersecurity or threat intelligence ecosystems.
