What you will do

• Manage and mentor a team of 5-8 cloud engineers and architects.
• Lead technical discussions with clients and guide solution architecture.
• Oversee delivery engagements, including roadmap planning and risk identification.
• Perform hands-on technical tasks, code reviews, and pull request management.
• Support pre-sales activities through proposal development and client presentations.
• Conduct technical interviews and support the career growth of direct reports.

Requirements

• Must be based in Argentina
• Proven experience managing teams in cloud, DevOps, or application development.
• Strong background in AWS or similar cloud platforms.
• Proficiency in multiple coding languages such as Node.js, Python, Go, or TypeScript.
• Experience managing professional services or client-facing engagements.
• No visa sponsorship available

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, testing, and automation.
• Background in UI/UX design.
• Familiarity with Generative AI technologies.
