What you will do

• Manage enterprise AI platforms, including configuration, access, settings, connectors, and permissions.
• Track and evaluate new features and integrations across AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Cursor.
• Coordinate AI governance, risk reviews, and general oversight in collaboration with IT and security teams.
• Support API-related work, including documentation, testing, and operational follow-up for AI initiatives.
• Improve efficiency by identifying operational gaps, organizing processes, and reducing manual overhead.
• Partner on AI engineering efforts, providing implementation support and technical coordination.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with enterprise technology tools, IT operations, security, or technical program coordination.
• Strong interest in AI platforms, emerging features, and real-world enterprise use cases.
• Ability to work across both strategic and operational tasks with a hands-on mindset.
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid capacity in New York, NY.
