Salary: $140,000 - $240,000

What you will do

• Test, deploy, and troubleshoot RF systems and products in the field.
• Translate customer workflows into clear product and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with core engineering teams to prioritize feedback and shape product direction.
• Design and build new software products that bridge the gap between capabilities and mission needs.
• Integrate data from edge sensors into customer systems.
• Apply AI and machine learning solutions to analyze sensor data and improve performance.

Requirements

• Technical foundation in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Aerospace Engineering.
• Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, or similar technologies.
• Existing or qualification for a United States security clearance.
• Ability to travel up to 25% to customer sites and Washington DC.

Nice to have

• At least one year of relevant work experience, especially in a defense context.
• Familiarity with data structures, storage systems, cloud infrastructure, and modern frontend frameworks.
• Experience with Git, SSH, and Linux-based systems.
• Experience applying ML/AI techniques to real-world or customer-facing problems.
