Salary: $148,750 - $201,250 USD

What you will do

• Architect, build, and operate agentic GenAI systems, including APIs, ETL pipelines, and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Deploy software across cloud, on-prem, and air-gapped tactical edge environments.
• Partner with strategic customers as a technical lead, moving from problem discovery to full solution adoption.
• Develop reusable tools, internal frameworks, and playbooks to accelerate future mission deployments.
• Manage delivery roadmaps, set priorities, and remove technical blockers for customer stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to translate field insights into continuous product improvements.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship is strictly required.
• 3+ years of backend or full-stack engineering experience, ideally in government or high-assurance contexts.
• Proficiency in Python or TypeScript for developing production-grade code.
• Strong familiarity with LLMs, generative AI systems, and context engineering.
• Ability to translate complex technical details for non-technical stakeholders in a customer-facing role.
• Clearance eligibility is required; an active security clearance is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience deploying Kubernetes applications inside air-gapped or secure environments.
• Knowledge of information retrieval, including vector search, document parsing, and reranking.
• Experience developing and maintaining LLM evaluations.
• Experience with open-source models (Llama3, Mixtral, etc.) and inference frameworks.
