What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of AI modules from architecture to production deployment.
• Define LLM integration patterns, RAG strategies, and data pipeline architectures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable solutions.
• Establish engineering standards and provide technical mentorship to the engineering team.
• Proactively identify and address technical debt, reliability risks, and scalability bottlenecks.
• Deliver agentic automation solutions across various enterprise use cases.

Requirements

• 8+ years of backend software development experience.
• Expert proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Proven track record of building production-grade AI/ML systems.
• 2-4+ years of hands-on experience with LLMs and Generative AI.
• Deep understanding of embeddings, prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, vector search, and AI agent frameworks.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without employment-based sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with multi-agent systems or agent frameworks.
• Exposure to RPA or low-code workflow platforms.
• GCP certifications.
