Location: Must be based in the USA. Consultants in New York City, Charlotte, Seattle, and San Francisco are expected to attend the office at least three days or more per week.

Salary: $135,000 - $147,000

What you will do

• Act as a technical partner on-site to drive AI adoption for Wealth and Asset Management customers.
• Rapidly prototype and develop PoCs and pilots from ideation to deployment.
• Build and deploy production-ready Generative AI applications, agentic workflows, and RAG systems using Python.
• Architect integrations between Google's AI products (Gemini, Vertex AI) and customer legacy systems and APIs.
• Troubleshoot complex production blockers, including model latency and data readiness.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles (FDE, Solutions Engineer, SRE, or Software Engineer).
• 5+ years of experience in Wealth / Asset Management.
• Strong proficiency in Python and LLM orchestration frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph.
• Experience with vector databases, RAG, and the Google Gemini Enterprise Platform (including BigQuery).
• Hands-on experience with Databricks delta lake and the broader Databricks stack.
• Must not require employment visa sponsorship (H1-B, F-1/OPT, TN, etc.).

Nice to have

• Deep experience with Google Cloud products.
• Proven track record in implementing multi-agent systems and advanced prompt engineering.
