FP&A Manager (Fintech)

hirify.global is building an AI-powered wealth management platform to consolidate investments, taxes, and retirement planning into a single application.

What you will do

• Partner with the VP of Finance on annual budgeting, quarterly forecasts, and long-hirify.global planning.
• Develop and maintain financial models and KPIs for revenue growth, unit economics, and customer behavior.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, variance analysis, and KPI tracking for leadership.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to provide financial context for business decisions.
• Automate FP&A reporting and processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Support fundraising efforts and board material preparation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, transaction advisory, or audit.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in financial modeling.
• Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Ability to communicate complex analyses to non-finance stakeholders.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to McLean, VA for full-time in-office work.

Nice to have

• MBA, CPA, or similar credential.
• Experience with BI tools or FP&A platforms such as Adaptive, Vena, Pigment, or Datarails.
• Familiarity with SaaS metrics (ARR, churn, CAC, LTV) and startup experience.
